ICYMI: #EveryGlass WineDown 3/15-3/21

Highlighting just how much we actually drink..

A few months ago Jeff dared me to post every glass of wine that I drink, so I started posting #everyglass on Instagram and Vivino, and now, here. So here’s your WineDown for the third week of March!

2013 Sass Pinot Gris, Willamette Valley, Oregon – Sass’s Pinot Gris has fresh aromas of peach, honeysuckle and green apple. The palate is bright and crisp with notes of stone fruits, citrus fruits, and green herbs. The finish is smooth with a clean acidity.

2008 Worthy Sophia’s Cuvee, Napa Valley, California – Worthy’s Sophia Cuvee has dark aromas of blackberries, dried herbs and spice that lead to a smooth palate of fresh berries, clove and spice. The finish is dark with spicy tannins and hints of eucalyptus, earth and black pepper.

Torre Raone, Pecorino, Colline Pescaresi, Abruzzo, Italy –Pecorino’s not just a cheese, it’s a beautiful wine indigenous to Italy. Torre Raone Pecorino is a soft white with notes of baked citrus, fresh herbs and salty minerals. The palate is medium bodied with a smooth, balanced acidity.

What did you drink over the past week, something yummy I hope! What should I try next week?
